The updated F1 is the most efficient everyday touring boot Scarpa has ever created, blending uphill capability with absolute downhill rage for a boot that will tick off every objective you can imagine.

At 1260 grams, the F1 is lightweight, which is great but not surprising. With 62° of motion, however, skinning is an effortless delight, if you'll forgive the sight hyperbole. Once you summit, however, it's time to turn up the heat. With a 95 flex and a Grilamid Carbon Core shell/cuff construction, the F1 features a laterally stiff design and dynamic power transfer for predictable, consistent, and confident turns. 

On top of all this, you've got the super comfy Intuition liner, integrated Recco reflectors for added safety measures, and a BOA Fit System shell closure for a fast, secure, and variable fit.
