These bindings changed the game a few years ago. It remains a go to for advanced to expert skiers who like to push the boundaries of the mountain, in bounds and out.
The Salomon Shift has few contemporaries when it comes to downhill power transmission. The Low Profile Chassis features a low stand height, allowing incredible feedback, alpine binding-like power transfer, and the ability to toss around the fattest skis in your quiver. Add to that 47mm of Lateral Elastic Travel means you'll be receiving serious terrain feedback and loads of energy transmission.
When it's time to throw on the skins, simply open up the tech arms on the toe and flip the Hike and Ride Switch on the heel and you're ready to do some sweating.
