Built for grueling ascents, long tours, and technical descents, the TLT X brings more to the table than a lightweight design and bolstered width. As with previous iterations, the X features excellent and friction-free cuff rotation for an energy-saving walking motion while Dynafit's impressive Ultra Lock 5.0 combines the upper cuff buckle and walk mode lever into one simple mechanism. To wit, we're talking lightning fast transitions here. When the steeps mean you're stashing your skins, worry not - the TLT X boasts a sturdy toe bail that'll accomodate most automatic skimo crampons.
The innovative Twistfit closure system enables fast, precise fit adjustments via an easily rotated adjustment dial, while a full-wrap cable guarantees secure hold at the instep and at the heel. The newly developed boot liner Dynafitter 5 ensures comfort and mobility and serves up optimum fit right out of the box.
